Dr. Pavan Brar is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician and Menopause Certified Practitioner whose passion for wellness and aesthetics has been shaped by her own personal health journey.
In her early 30s, Dr. Brar transformed her own health by losing more than 50 pounds through sustainable lifestyle changes. Having experienced the emotional challenges, frustrations, and setbacks that often accompany weight management, she understands firsthand how valuable compassionate guidance and unwavering support can be throughout the process.
Her perspective deepened even further after becoming a mother later in life. Through IVF, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the hormonal changes that accompany each stage, Dr. Brar experienced many of the same struggles her patients face, including weight fluctuations, fatigue, mood changes, and sleep deprivation. Now navigating postpartum after welcoming her second child at age 42, she continues to apply both her medical expertise and personal experience to help others through similar transitions.
